Join Dublin Chamber and Codex on 11th June for the first event in our EDI series. For this event, we will focus on the importance of neurodiversity in the workplace and why neuro inclusion should matter to your organisation now more than ever.

At this event, we will look into

- Understand the importance of diversity in the workforce and why neuroinclusion should matter to your organisation
- Hear how the traditional office environment can pose challenges
- Leave with actions on the steps that you can take to look at neuroinclusion in your workplace. 


Anyone who would like to attend is welcome to do so, but this aimed at HR professionals, business owners/C-Suite, or those looking at ED&I within their organisation.

Adam Harris, AsIAm

Adam Harris is the Founder and CEO of AsIAm, Ireland's Autism Charity. Adam founded AsIAm based on his own experiences growing up as an Autistic person in Ireland. In addition to his leadership at AsIAm, Adam was appointed to the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission in July 2020 and serves as an Executive Council Member for Autism Europe. He is a Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Awardee and has sat on and advised many government consultative and policy committees on disability rights and inclusion, which have helped shape national policies for a more inclusive society. A passionate public speaker and advocate, Adam regularly contributes to media and conferences in Ireland and overseas, engaging with government and the public to promote greater understanding and acceptance of Autistic individuals. His work has positioned AsIAm as a cornerstone of Autism advocacy in Ireland, driven by his belief that Ireland must become a country in which every Autistic person is accepted "as they are" - equal, valued and respected.

Dr. Áine O'Dea, Radiance Consulting

Dr Áine O'Dea PhD is an internationally renowned Occupational Therapist. An expert on neurodiversity, including authoring several papers on DCD/Dyspraxia, she is passionate about neurodiversity awareness and neuroinclusion. She was the first OT in Ireland to win a PhD scholarship on the prestigious SPHeRE programme (funded by the Health Research Board) where she was awarded her doctorate in Population Health and Health Services Research.  Dr. O'Dea is an expert in the area of “Neuroscience in the Workplace”, with a deep understanding of how the brain and body function in leadership and work settings, including the cognitive, self-regulation, emotional intelligence and Executive Functioning skills that being a good leader requires. She regularly speaks at workshops and events to support neurodiversity awareness and provides neuroleadship coaching services for professionals to improve their leadership skills. She is a mum of two, living in the Dooradoyle area of Limerick, and in her spare time Áine likes to help train the U14 girls football team at Ballinacurra Gaels GAA club, or enjoy long walks on the Atlantic coast.

Mark Scully, Braver Coaching

Mark Scully is the founder of Braver Coaching & Consulting, an executive coaching and neurodiversity consultancy based in Dublin. Mark originally qualified as a Barrister before becoming a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, spending 12 years in professional services, during which time he realised his passion for coaching. 
Following his own autism diagnosis in 2021, Mark immersed himself in the discourse and research on neurodiversity. Through Braver's coaching and neurodiversity services, Mark wants to help Irish organisations become more inclusive for the benefit of all their employees.

Claire Twomey, ADHD Connections


Claire Twomey PCC | PCAC | ACCG is a Certified, Professional ADHD Coach, International Speaker, Trainer & Facilitator. She is Ireland's first and only ADHD Coach with four industry-recognised accreditations. Following her own ADHD diagnosis in 2015 and a transformative experience with coaching herself, ADHD Connections was founded in 2020.  An award-winning female Founder, Claire launched The Collective in January 2025. A platform dedicated to empowering ADHDers to thrive, offering individuals the flexibility to choose from a diverse range of coaches specialising in different life stages. She works with professionals and organisations to develop and promote neuro-affirming practices for supporting ADHD in the workplace through advocacy, education and inclusion
