Lorna McAdoo is Director of Operations & Business Development Northern Ireland , having joined Version 1 in 2013 to lead the operation and has grown the team to 100+ people, providing services to over 20 local and international customers. Lorna has over 20 years’ experience in Programme & Delivery Management in senior client facing roles on large complex system integration, business transformation and software development projects throughout UK & Ireland. Lorna’s  accomplishments in recent years include Dublin Tech Summit Women in Tech - IT Business Leader 2019  and Belfast Telegraph IT Company / Team of the Year 2019.

Louise Lahiff is Director of Strategy, Planning and Communications at Version 1, having held various senior roles in the IT company for six years. Louise’s experience in Sales, Human Resources, and as an IT Consultant at Version 1, PwC, IBM and RBS in many countries across the world has enabled her to bring diverse experiences, broad sector knowledge and a unique perspective to her role, and to Version 1.
