We would like to invite you to a roundtable discussion at which businesses can share their concerns or specific feedback on the inaugural roll out of gender pay gap reporting. Your feedback will help us as we continue to lobby the Government on your behalf.

The roundtable discussion will be held online at 12pm on Friday 5th July. The session will last approximately 60 minutes and we hope to have a robust exchange of views and sharing of business experiences. Discussions will be based on your individual input and broadly framed by the following themes:
- Do you feel that the gender pay gap reporting requirements are straightforward to comply with? If not, why?
- Companies will be asked to upload their reports on a publicly available central database, which is due to be launched early next year. This database will allow searches by company and sector. Has your company any concerns about the reporting process?
- Following previous report findings, has your business implemented any internal changes? Do you feel that these changes have been effective in improving gender equity within your organisation?
