About Prof. Gautam Mukunda
Prof. Gautam Mukunda is a leadership specialist, author and currently an Executive Fellow at the Yale School of Management, and faculty on the Harvard Kennedy School’s Senior Executive Programme. He has studied leadership, innovation & change at MIT, Harvard, and Yale, including being recruited to join the HBS faculty by his mentor, Clayton Christensen, the creator of Disruptive Innovation. Prof. Mukunda is a widely published writer & broadcaster, who discusses the importance of fostering innovation & change to drive strategic growth, and taking advantage of new opportunities presented in a dynamic world environment. He is Founding Managing Director of the Two Rivers Group & formerly an analyst with McKinsey.
