Mantra Strategy is delighted to be running its Purposeful Leadership Excellence programme for executive teams at the Dublin Chamber training rooms once again this coming September. The first programme was a great success with leaders from Threshold charity, Niftibusiness, Asthma Society of Ireland, SCL Ltd and No Limit Branding come together to look at Leadership, Strategy, Brand Positioning for their businesses, explore their leadership styles and differences, and look at inclusive leadership development over three core days.
The programme combines emotional culture shaping, Belbin team profiling and Leadership coaching for all participants with guest speakers and a range of key modules covered to bring executives not only together to reflect and learn, but also to build their problem-solving toolkit, share experiences across sectors and look at their own style and its impact as they lead their businesses in today’s ever-changing environment. This second programme by Mantra Strategy’s Leadership Institute will kick off on September 18th, with 3rd October and 23rd October also ear marked as core dates.

Mantra Strategy leverages positive psychology and inclusive leadership tools to inform its programme design, and the speakers include a range of Mantra’s clients from across social enterprise, corporate leadership and high-performance teams and sports. Bernard Jackman of Horse Sport Ireland joined Pauline McKeown of Coolmine therapeutic community and Miriam Spollen of Connection Arts Centre on the final day of the May programme to inspire and bring to life leadership challenges and a focus on culture.
