Event Description: In a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, the role of the project manager is evolving. While technology offers new tools and efficiencies, the core human skills of communication, problem-solving, leadership, and strategic thinking remain indispensable. This presentation will challenge the notion that cutting-edge technology is the primary driver of project success. Instead, it will explore the importance of re-inventing the project manager role to focus on developing and honing these essential human skills. By understanding the future skill sets required and redefining the project manager's responsibilities, professionals can ensure their continued relevance and success in the age of AI.
