Lavelle Partners Appoints Four New Solicitors

Lavelle Partners LLP are pleased to announce the appointment of four new solicitors following the successful completion of their traineeships with the firm.

Qualifying across a range of practice areas, they reflect the depth and breadth of the firm’s legal expertise.  The newly qualified solicitors are Liam Tully (Property), Avril Carroll (Medical Negligence & Personal Injury), Aisling Shiels (Litigation & Dispute Resolution) and Méabh Flynn (Corporate & Commercial).

Commenting on the recent appointments, Managing Partner, Michael Lavelle said:

About the New Solicitors

  • Liam Tully, Property Solicitor, has a particular focus on the acquisition, disposal, leasing and financing of both commercial and residential property.
  • Avril Carroll, Medical Negligence & Personal Injury Solicitor, has experience in challenging decisions related to Assessment of Need applications and specialises in representing plaintiffs in medical negligence and personal injury claims.
  • Aisling Shiels, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor, is experienced in acting in defamation cases, breach of contract litigation, property and construction disputes and professional negligence litigation.
  • Méabh Flynn, Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, has experience in advising on M&A transactions, corporate and commercial arrangements and corporate governance.

The new appointments follow the recent promotions of Georgina Lanigan and Dermot McClean as partners, as the firm plans a move to new state-of-the-art offices as part of its continued expansion.
