Back to Articles

29 August 2024

According to the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), the retrofit of Ireland's commercial and public sector buildings is central to reaching the country’s 2030 and 2050 national and international decarbonisation targets.

Funded by SEAI, the project ENACT is a 3-year initiative, tasked with ‘enabling national action on commercial renovation’.  Led by the Irish Green Building Council, the University of Galway, Sustainability Works, Dublin Chamber and the society for Chartered Surveyors of Ireland are partners on this project who are working towards the different deliverables.

As part of this project, we are running four workshops on identifying solutions for Irish SMEs to enable them to retrofit their businesses.

The workshops are looking at the below topics and we welcome the input of our members on these topics.
