Apprenticeships remain a key solution for businesses when it comes to addressing skills shortages. One-third of Dublin Chamber members currently engaging in apprenticeship programmes as a means of accessing new talents pools and developing their business.
If you or your business are interested in becoming an apprentice employer, you need to be first approved as a national apprenticeship employer. Once approved, you can advertise your apprenticeship vacancies on the Apprenticeship Jobs page on apprenticeship.ie. The approval process is carried out by a SOLAS Authorised Officer, is relatively straightforward and can be completed in 1-2 weeks.
