With the Auto-Enrolment pension scheme set to commence on the 25th of September 2025, many Dublin businesses are preparing for its impact. Insights from Dublin Chamber’s recent roundtable revealed that companies are actively reviewing employment contracts, pension scheme structures, and cost implications in anticipation of the rollout.
Businesses have also stressed the need for clear and timely communication from the Government to ensure the smooth and practical implementation of the scheme. To support employers during this transition, the Department of Social Protection will be hosting Auto-Enrolment Information Webinars next week, and Dublin Chamber strongly encourages members to attend these sessions.
