A pioneer in Ireland’s cybersecurity landscape, he founded CyberExpoIreland and CyberConIreland and has built strong partnerships with more than sixty global data security vendors while introducing innovative cyber and compliance technologies to the Irish market.

With decades of experience in IT since 1979, Michael is a respected speaker and contributor on cybersecurity and compliance, and he has supported leading organizations in Ireland and the UK with continuity and crisis management planning. He is a Fellow of the Emergency Planning Society and the Irish Computer Society, as well as a founder member and Honorary Fellow of the Emergency Management Institute Ireland (EMII).
