Networking is essential for building and maintaining professional relationships. It plays a key role in career growth, helping you expand your knowledge, opportunities, and connections. Yet many of us shy away from networking events, feeling uneasy in a room full of strangers.

In this lunchtime masterclass, we’ll show you how to navigate these sometimes intimidating—but invaluable encounters with confidence.

Professional interactions thrive when we let go of rigid roles and communicate with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Using exercises, techniques and insights from actor training, we will explore how to take more control over how you present yourself and how you interact with others.

This workshop will help you:

Take control of how you present yourself and engage with others

Heighten your awareness of personal space and conscious movement

Navigate workplace interactions with sensitivity and insight

Build confidence through a deeper understanding of the subtle, unspoken communication that shapes every encounter
