Event Details

As finance teams continue to evolve, so do reporting requirements. Strategic planning is now more complex than ever, and the growing demand for timely, accurate insights is placing increasing pressure on finance functions. From delivering deeper business insights to meeting expanding stakeholder expectations, finance teams are relying more heavily on technology to drive efficiency, accuracy, and informed decision-making.

Through candid discussion and practical examples, our panel will explore how organisations are navigating these challenges in practice. Panellists will share lessons learned from transformation projects the benefits realised, the challenges encountered, and what they would do differently

We will also discuss how the role of the accountant is changing, how hiring in finance has evolved, and the broader impact of finance transformation on overall business performance.

Topics will include:

  • The evolving capabilities required within finance teams, particularly as AI becomes a growing skills gap
  • The growing importance of collaboration between finance and technology leadership
  • Overcoming change resistance and securing leadership buy-in
  • Where to start on a financial transformation journey and what data is required
