Sabrina Casalta is the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ireland, appointed in May 2025, succeeding Amanda Nelson. With over 13 years of leadership experience within the Vodafone Group, Sabrina brings a deep understanding of strategic transformation, financial stewardship, and a strong focus on customer needs to her role. 
 
Prior to her appointment in Ireland, Sabrina served as Chief Financial Officer and interim CEO of Vodafone Italy, where she successfully led the business through its €8 billion sale to Swisscom in 2024. 

Sabrina began her Vodafone journey in 2012, focusing on strategy and marketing in the ultrabroadband sector, and quickly rose through the ranks to hold several senior roles across different areas, from B2B to Customer Care. Before joining Vodafone, Sabrina worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and PwC, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic planning and financial management. 
 
Her leadership is grounded in Vodafone’s purpose: empowering people through connections and protecting the planet, and she is committed to building on the strong foundation laid by her predecessors to drive innovation, sustainability, and growth.
