According to the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), the retrofit of Ireland's commercial and public sector buildings is central to reaching the country’s 2030 and 2050 national and international decarbonisation targets.
Funded by SEAI, the project ENACT is a 3-year initiative, tasked with ‘enabling national action on commercial renovation’. Led by the Irish Green Building Council, the University of Galway, Sustainability Works, Dublin Chambers of Commerce and the society for Chartered Surveyors of Ireland are partners on this project who are working towards the different deliverables.
As part of this project, we are running a workshops on identifying solutions for Irish SMEs to enable them to retrofit their businesses. The work shop on Aggregation/building capacity will take place on Tuesday
