The aim of the Enact project is to help enable Irish SMEs to renovate their business to make them more sustainable.

The project examined proposed solutions to barriers that companies typically  encounter when considering energy upgrade / renovation works including issues around:

-Split incentives between owners & occupiers

-Renovation at scale (street, neighbourhood, sectoral level)

- Business Cases for Renovation

- Funded Solutions

Resources will be available in coming months to assist SMES including:

-The Finance Guidance Handbook

-Decision Making Tool Kit

Including cases studies outlining the success of SMEs who have undertaken renovation works within their business.

We are developing some awareness training around the findings of the project in March and April and would value your participation and feedback at these events.
