OSM Partners LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of a new partner, David Larkin, in the firm’s Property Department. With over 10 years’ experience, David brings with him a wealth of expertise advising on all aspects of finance and real estate law, with a particular focus on property development, real estate financing, residential and commercial investment acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters. His experience advising on financing property investment and development real estate transactions is extensive and OSM Partners LLP will be benefitting from his considerable knowledge advising clients in public and private sectors, including developers, financial institutions, government agencies and investors.
