It is a privilege to have contributed to Barden’s growth and brand while having so much fun along the way.
In this next phase, I’m honoured to be leading our Life Sciences Talent Advisory and Recruitment Practice, bringing Barden’s values and unique style to the Life Sciences community. Ireland’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, FMCG and Agricultural sectors, as well as STEM initiatives, play a huge role in our future economy, and I’m delighted to be supporting businesses in these industries to achieve their objectives. This, coupled with advising Senior Professionals on their careers across Finance, General Management and Executive Leadership paves the way for an exciting future. Our purpose is to create a positive impact in the lives of people who work with us.”
Also speaking about her recent appointment Tara Higgins said;
“Being appointed Partner in Barden is something I’m extremely proud of and I am really excited for this next chapter. Over 5 years ago, I moved from a well-established recruitment firm and joined Barden, a then start up firm with a mission to do things differently and leaders that I really believed in. Their energy and approach to recruitment inspired me to become absorbed in this mission and over the past few years they encouraged and supported me in taking opportunities to contribute to Barden’s growth, image and culture. I am extremely thankful to them for their belief in me, for trusting me countless times to dive into the unknown in different markets and for allowing me to exercise my creativity. Theirs, and my Barden colleagues, support when it comes to both professional and personal achievements is something that I’ll always be extremely grateful for and why I feel at home here.
In this next step of my journey with Barden, along with my team, I will be continuing our mission to offer more opportunities for our clients and for people in their careers to partner with Barden. Recently, we have been helping more and more of our clients with recruitment for their human resources and business support functions and with this I am delighted to be launching our Business Support Talent Advisory and Recruitment Practice. I will also be continuing to support operational finance professionals too (this is the area I started off recruiting almost 9 years ago and will always be close to my heart!). I am very excited for this next chapter with Barden and grateful to have the support of such a strong team around me as we all work together to make Barden’s services more readily available to people across different specialisms.”
