Role Description
This is a contract role for a Membership Administration Executive, at Dublin Chamber located in Dublin, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the membership database, processing new memberships and renewals, responding to member inquiries, and providing general administrative support to the membership team. The role involves working closely with other members of staff to ensure excellent service delivery to members and assist with the successful execution of all chamber events.
Part Time: 18hrs/week (Mon-Fri (am or pm) preference)
Qualifications
- Experience in administration, customer service or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other databases
- Strong team player with the ability to self-manage and work independently when required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is desirable
- Experience with regional business networks and government agencies is a plus
