Dublin Chamber continues to work on the STREAM Erasmus+ project, which is developing a pioneering micro-credential system and framework to offer an immersive online learning experience.

As part of our research, we are mapping competencies, micro-credentials, and validation frameworks to create an inclusive, digital, and green work-based learning environment. Recently, Dublin Chamber conducted interviews with SMEs to gather insights for developing learning outcomes for the STREAM Micro-credentials Framework.

Among the companies we interviewed was Melissa Curry, founder of Melissa Curry Jewellery, who shared how the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme enriched her perspective by working with young entrepreneurs from other countries. We also spoke with Sinead Byrne from EY about their inclusive intern programme, which provided fascinating insights into best practices that will greatly benefit the STREAM research project.
