*The issuing time for all services is calculated from the date payment is received in full, not from the date the application is submitted. Please allow an additional one working day for delivery.

If you need your carnet delivered to you, please add an extra €25.00 + VAT = €30.75 to the issuing fee amount. Alternatively, your carnet can be collected from our office at 7 Clare Street, Dublin D02 F902

The relevant security deposit depends on the type of goods being carried and the country or countries to which they are going. This amount is refundable when the carnet is returned to Dublin Chamber properly stamped.
