John has worked in consulting, accounting and business roles in various industries over the past 25 years, including Retail, Practice, Insurance, IT Services, Pharmaceutical Manufacture and Distribution.
In 2017, John decided to take his knowledge and experience, and use it to help SMEs by applying his expertise to the specific circumstances of his clients’ businesses.
During his career, John has worked as Project Manager for the implementation of ERP systems, and smaller accounting packages. He has set up finance teams, produced Management Packs, and sat on the Board of Management to advise and guide the strategic directions of companies he has been involved in.
